What stock symbols are associated with DIRECTV and its subsidiaries?

The stock symbol representing DIRECTV is "DTV" on NASDAQ. None of our business units are separately traded.

Does DIRECTV or its subsidiaries participate in a direct stock purchase program or a dividend reinvestment program (DRIP)?

DIRECTV does not have a direct purchase or DRIP program. To purchase DTV stock, please contact your broker or use an online investing service.

How do I get cost basis information?

We have cost basis information for 1) when General Motors initially bought Hughes in 1985, 2) at the time of the Raytheon transaction in 1997, 3) upon completion of the GM exchange offer in May 2000 and 4) upon completion of the GM/News Corporation Transaction. Why haven't I received a 1099DIV or other tax forms regarding my DIRECTV investment?
